Consultations

Our routine consultation appointments are for 15-minutes allowing plenty of time for the vet or nurse to gain a full history from you, carry out a full clinical examination and advise you on treatment options. The same time is allocated for routine vaccinations giving us the scope to discuss nutrition, weight, dental health, parasite control and any other concerns you may have.

For new puppies and kittens we will routinely book 30-minute appointments so we have time to also discuss training and socialisation, insurance, neutering, weight and growth and microchipping.

Physiotherapy appointments can be arranged with our chartered animal physiotherapist Debbie at our dedicated physio suite at the Shepperton branch.
