We’re delighted to be able to offer our very own home delivery service called OurVet.Shop. It allows you to reorder pet food from our extensive range (-much larger than we can stock in the practice), many regular medications as well as your usual flea, tick and worming treatments direct from us, delivered straight to your door.
Alternatively, if you prefer, you can choose to collect these products from the practice but we will let you know when they are ready and the time and how you can collect “COVID-19 safely”. Simply request ‘Collect from clinic’ at the time you make your order and pre-pay for them via our very easy-to-use OurVet.Shop payment gateway. We are also using it as a simple, safe and secure way for you to pay for your services in the practice.

You can reorder direct via a link in your regular text or email flea & worm treatment reminders, or at any time here, by just clicking the button below.
With OurVet.Shop, payment is not requested immediately when you first place your order because some medications are prescription only and these will need to be verified by one of our vets. We need to ensure that it is still the most appropriate medication for your pet and that the prescription is valid.
We will then send you a request for payment via a simple, seamless and secure industry gold-standard, online payment portal.
PLEASE NOTE: The payment for this service will appear as OurVet.Shop on your bank or credit card statement.
Your products will then be on their way to you - they typicaly arrive between 3-5 days from payment.
